Fight Volodymyr fight!

As I lament Ukraine, I mourn freedom

Democracy lost - a world's endgame

And so friends 'we are all death's own'

Kampf Volodymyr, kampf!

Ahogy siratom Ukrajnát, gyászolom a szabadságot A demokrácia elveszett – a világ végjátéka És hát barátok "mindannyian a halálhoz tartozunk"

Vecht Volodymyr vecht!

NOTE.

Written in support of the courageous Ukrainian people and its legitimate and heroic President.

The quote 'we are all death's own' is a line in the: Als der Sandwirt von Passeier Insbruck (on Andreas Hofer, died 1809); an old political folk song for freedom.

A special thank you to all those brave Russian men and women who, despite Putin's dictatorship, dare to speak out against this unjust war and in favour of freedom for themselves and for their brothers and sisters across the border.

As for the current position of NATO, I prefer to use this quote, it's what Winston Churchill said in September 1938: 'You were given the choice between war and dishonour. You chose dishonour and you will have war'.
